Being a vegetarian from the age of 7 I would have probably starved if it hadn’t been for Quorn products. I still eat tons now. Quorn is a micro-protein (whatever that is) and made in a lab somewhere. But it’s very healthy; it’s low fat and calories but high in protein. In the above pictures I’ve used Quorn sausages and burgers, below I’ve used Quorn mince and then Quorn pieces.
Most of the meals, as you can see, I just fry the Quorn with some veg and serve with a pitta bread. But I also made a Quorn Pie as my contribution to Christmas dinner last year.
