Scrambled Eggs

My method with scrambling eggs is to crack a couple of eggs in a bowl and add a splash of milk, fish out the shell, and whisk.  Then melt a little coconut oil in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture in.  Then wander off and forget about them, come running back in and mix with a wooden spoon until it resembles scrambled eggs.  Then soak the pan for about a week!

This time I fried some onion and spring onion and mixed it in with the eggs.  I toasted a pitta bread and serve it up. I added a dollop of humous, mainly because I needed to use it up.
