I struck upon a healthier way to enjoy chocolate orange this Christmas. No, it’s not quite as good the real thing, but they were pretty yummy. They were also incredibly easy. I think they could have done with more chocolate personally. And you probably want a napkin when you’re eating…
- 75g Dark Chocolate
- Peel the orange, and remove the pith (white stuff). This is the faffy bit.
- Place some baking paper on a baking tray. This is quite easy.
- Boil some water in a sauce pan, and place a bowl over it that doesn’t touch the water. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place in the bowl. Keep stirring until it has melted.
- Dip the orange segments into the chocolate. Then place on the baking tray and put into the fridge for about 15mins until the chocolate has set.
- Then eat!
